Spooky Hanging Sign CSS 1.4

Mi first CSS Journal Skin, hope you like it! ^^

This is version 1.4. I'm sorry for updating four versions of this CSS: making run correctly in the bloody Microsoft Internet Explorer preserving its integrity in the other (and better) browsers was kinda troublesome. This should work fine in all browsers and operative sistems.
